About the Job
The Center for Endometriosis Care is seeking a compassionate, organized, and highly motivated Registered Nurse to join our nationally recognized specialty surgical practice. We care for patients from across the United States and around the world who are seeking advanced treatment for endometriosis and complex pelvic pain.

Position Summary:
This position is responsible for supporting all aspects of patient care before and after surgery. You will serve as a clinical resource for patients, coordinates care with physicians and outside providers, and ensures patients are thoroughly prepared throughout their treatment experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive preoperative and postoperative patient assessments.
  • Provide patient education regarding surgical procedures, recovery expectations, medications, and postoperative care.
  • Triage patient phone calls, portal messages, and clinical concerns.
  • Collaborate with physicians, physician assistants, and administrative staff to coordinate patient care.
  • Obtain and document patient vital signs at every clinical appointment.
  • Collect blood specimens for laboratory testing as ordered by the physician.
  • Prepare, label, and process laboratory specimens in accordance with established protocols.
  • Review medical records, laboratory results, imaging, and physician documentation.
  • Coordinate referrals, clearances, and communication with outside providers.
  • Document patient interactions accurately and thoroughly.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA and all applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Previous experience with instrument sterilization and autoclave operation is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.

Qualifications
Required:
  • Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must.
  • Minimum of two years of nursing experience.
  • BLS certified
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records and Microsoft Office.
Preferred:
  • Experience in women's health, gynecology, surgery, or perioperative nursing.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Employer-paid Medical and Dental insurance (employee-only; eligibility after 3 months)
  • Two sets of scrubs provided by the practice; employee to purchase one pair of black scrubs
  • 401(k) profit-sharing plan eligibility after 1 year
  • Paid Time Off (eligible after 2 months):
    • After 2 months: 10 days.
    • After 1 year: 15 days.
    • After 2 years: 20 days.
    • After 5 years: 25 days.
  • Paid holidays.
  • Generous annual Christmas bonus.
Work Schedule:
  • Monday & Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
  • Tuesday - Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM.
  • No weekends or nights required.
  • This is an in-office position (not remote).
